Everything Michael Ausiello says is a spoiler, and this post is composed entirely of two pieces of information from him. Keep in mind that spoilers, even from Ask Ausiello, are often misleading. Sometimes they are even wrong. Nevertheless, here it is:

According to Ask Ausiello, the backstory for episode eleven will center around Sayid; for twelve, Claire. He also talks about Lost's new time slot.
