The third Sneak Peek for Lost was shown during Day Break. These sneak peeks are really focusing on Desmond. This is a good one. Of course, it's spoilerish for those who don't watch previews.
The US preview for the February resumption of Lost is pretty good. It seems to indicate--well, in case you didn't mean to happen upon this spoiler, I won't say anything.

The preview for "Cost of Living" (shown at the end of "Every Man for Himself") gave us a glimpse of a mysterious new character. A small group of Losties has left the beach to further investigate the Pearl station. They turn on the monitors and see a man with an eyepatch on his right eye looking into the camera.
